The Audi A6 allroad quattro combines the advantages of an Avant, such as comfort and variability, with typical all-road character features such as the quattro permanent four-wheel drive, an emotional driving experience and its striking off-road design. It also offers you a wide range of digitised technologies. Launched for the first time in 1999, the Audi A6 allroad quattro celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2019 as a fourth generation model.

Intense driving experience.

In terms of driving dynamics and comfort, the Audi A6 allroad quattro is a real all-rounder. The standard all-wheel drive quattro ensures improved traction, a high level of safety and agile handling. The integrated ultra-technology permanently monitors the driving condition and distributes the drive torque depending on the situation of the front and rear axles. The air suspension with adaptive dampers, which is also standard, automatically regulates the level of the vehicle. The ground clearance can be up to 45 millimetres higher than the Audi A6 Avant. With the standard Audi drive select dynamic driving system, you can actively influence the characteristics of the Audi A6 allroad quattro: There are seven modes available, including “all-road” and “off-road” for driving off-road.

Unambiguously off-road – the exterior.

The Audi A6 allroad quattro has striking exterior elements which reinforce its off-road character. The single-frame grille on the front of the vehicle stands out in particular: with the vertical struts, it visually sets itself apart from the counterpart of the basic model – as does the design of the side air inlets. The wheel arch covers highlighted in colour, the sill with its quattro badge, and the roof rack mounted on bars stand out when viewed from the side. The Audi A6 allroad quattro has 20-inch wheels as standard. The range extends to optional 21-inch wheels from Audi Sport. Their ending at the rear forms a diffuser and the underride guard specific to all-road driving. The lower parts of the front and rear bumper, the wheel arch covers and the sills are painted matt as standard in the contrasting colour scandium grey. Optionally, you can also get these items in a metallic finish or in the body colour.

Sporty and exclusive – the interior.

Thanks to the spacious dimensions of the Audi A6 allroad quattro, you have plenty of headroom and legroom wherever you are seated in the interior. The standard “allroad” interior package includes illuminated door sills with aluminium inserts – the front ones are provided with the allroad logo. This can also be found on the leather covers of the sports seats. The leather sports steering wheel is multi-functional, with paddles and steel grey contrasting seams. The pedals and the footrest are made of stainless steel in the “allroad” interior package. As further options for a pleasant interior atmosphere, we offer you the multicoloured contour and ambient light package, and the air quality package.

Suitable for everyday transport and travel usage

With a large luggage compartment and convenient loading and unloading features, the Audi A6 allroad quattro emphasises its versatility. The boot lid opens and closes electrically as standard. If you do not have a free hand to open it, you can open the flap electrically by foot using the optional sensor-controlled luggage compartment lock. You simply need to carry the associated comfort key with you. The trunk has a load volume of 565 litres. The split rear seatback can be folded up in the ratio 40:20:40, which can increase the total storage space up to 1,680 litres. The optional rail system with securing set (photos) ensures safe luggage transport.

Digitisation 3D Assist Lighting

Experience digitisation

Your immediate view and control panel contains important infotainment technology. The Audi virtual cockpit plus is your all-digital, high-resolution infoscreen: read data such as speed and rpm on the 12.3-inch HD screen. You can choose between the presentation modes Classic, Dynamic and Sport. The MMI navigation plus with MMI touch response gives you access to the services of Audi connect.** Operation is via the two colour displays on the centre console or by voice command.

Three-dimensional soundstage

A concert-level musical experience is provided by the optional Bang & Olufsen Sound System with 3D sound. The more extensive advanced version consists of 19 customised speakers and a 1,820-watt power amplifier. The 3D sound is generated on both the back and front seats, creating a heightened sense of spaciousness. External driving noise is compensated.

Background assistance

Depending on the configuration, the Audi A6 allroad quattro is equipped with radar systems, ambient cameras and ultrasonic sensors. The connected driver assistance systems³ are supplied with data via the central driver assistance control unit. You have access to a wide range of individual functions or preconfigured optional packages with different focal points. For example, the assistance package Tour for Overland Rides includes the Adaptive Driver Assistant, which can assist you with acceleration, braking and distance, therefore increasing safety and comfort. The standard Downhill Assist limits the speed on a steep slope to a value defined by you within a range of 2 to 30 km/h, and slows down all four wheels selectively and individually where necessary.

Striking and functional – the lighting

The progressive lighting design blends into the distinctive look of the Audi A6 allroad quattro. It is equipped with HD Matrix LED headlights as standard, with dynamic lighting and dynamic flashing lights – for more safety, high functionality and a great recognition factor.
