We are beyond proud of our team for the clean sweep of victories at the 7th Annual Audi Excellence Awards held on March 11 at the Auckland War Memorial Museum convention centre.
We qualified as finalists in 6 of the 8 major categories – and incredibly, we won the lot!
Ebbett Audi received the overall Customer Satisfaction Dealer of the Year award and the coveted Dealer of the Year award for the Non-Metro area.
The overall Customer Satisfaction Dealer of the Year award is judged on the feedback of all Audi customers and it’s something that we strive to excel in on a daily basis. This award in particular is very special to us and we would like to extend a thank you to our customers for your valuable support.
The individual team member awards could not have gone any better:
Mikey Stobbs – Parts Manager of the Year
Luzzane Tome – Service Advisor of the Year
Jason Young – Service Manager of the Year
James Jones – Salesperson of the Year (Non-Metro)
This was the 2nd year in a row for James winning his sales category and there’s no sign of him slowing down yet! Both Mikey and Jason have won their respective categories in their first years as managers and have done so against some very accomplished and experienced competition. Luzzane led her category from January to December consistently increasing her lead on the field month after month.

None of the collective or individual achievements could have been accomplished without the dedication and support of all the Ebbett Audi staff. We have had an incredible amount of support from skilled and hardworking team members and colleagues in 2016 and we extend our sincere thanks them all.
The Audi Excellence Awards are a chance for Audi New Zealand to recognise the achievements of the dealer networks across the country. This year’s awards identified 2016’s outstanding achievements in sales, parts, finance, service and customer satisfaction across nine Audi dealerships nationwide.
